The civil sector responded to the consideration of the majoritarian system which is underway in the parliament. They have questions regarding the terms of the electoral system change. NGO representative said that the change of the form the election after 2020 has not been discussed by the Constitutional Commission..

It was a surprise for the Executive Director of the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy, Mikheil Benidze when the ruling majority started to speak about the changing of the terms for abolishing the system .

"Change of term for majoritarian system cancellation will be an attempt to mislead the society," - said Mikhail Benidze.
