Russian Foreign Minister is expected in occupied Abkhazia on April 18. Sergey Lavrov is arriving in Sokhumi on a 2-day working visit

Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zaharova said Lavrov would participate in the opening ceremony of a new Russian Embassy in Abkhazia. On April 19, he will meet with the President of Abkhazia and Foreign Minister.

The leader of the occupied Tskhinvali region also plans to deepen integration with Russia.

Anatoly Bibilov, the winner of the elections, says that as soon as he commences his duties , he will start consultations with Moscow on the issue of South Ossetia`s entry into .Russia.
