The complaint was filed by the Human Rights Center in the Strasbourg Court.

The NGO and the defense side are protesting against the violation of adversarial principle, which is why lawyers are restricted in defending the defendant`s rights, which the prosecution is using to strengthen their positions. 

"We think that the principle of equality and adversarialism has been violated and we have sent a complaint on the fact of this violation. We want the court to discuss and determine the gross violation of this principle, " - said Eka Lomidze, lawyer for the Human Rights Center.
