The official visit of the Georgian delegation in Tehran is completed . Giorgi Kvirikashvili met with President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Chairman of the Parliament.

Meetings were also held with the first Vice President, where several memorandums of cooperation were signed.

At the press conference held after the meeting, the focus was made on the development of transit hub to Persian Gulf and the Black Sea as well as cooperation in terms of energy development.

The Georgian delegation was represented by the Ministers of Economy, Energy, Foreign Affairs, Environment, Sport and Youth Affairs.

The official ceremony was held in the Iranian government complex.
