A Chairman of the Parliament met with judges today. Irakli Kobakhidze introduced the package of constitutional amendments to them. After the meeting Kobakhidze made a comment on the rule of presidential elections.

"We hope that compromise will not lose the sense. However there are specific processes that indicate the opposite. Unfortunately, the President of Georgia has launched a campaign against the State Constitutional Commission, which continues and this campaign will continue against the Parliament of Georgia. Our opponents, with the president"s leadership take wrong steps. This is very dissapointing,"- said Kobakhidze.
