Vakhtang Khmaladze, a professor of constitutional law, has respondeds to the criticism of the UNM that Bidzina Ivanishvili may be the beneficiary of Davit Usupashvili`s new party.

Khmaladze noted that he and the former chairman of the parliament had no contact with Bidzina Ivanishvili. As for information about Usupashvili forming a new party, Khmaladze clarified that the formation of the team is underway.

 "Neither I nor Usupashvili have had any contact with Bidzina Ivanishvili for a long time. Secondly, we have no money at this moment. Hopefully, there will be people who will believe that the country needs this kind of party and the party will be financed. We do not have any specific financing at this moment, "said Vakhtang Khmaladze.
