At the government`s decision the employees in the public service will be categorized. Accordingly, bonuses will be determined according to the assessment obtained by this system.

The government thinks that public servants should be given specific classes that will increase their workforce and motivation. The state employee shall be entitled to move to a higher class only based by the results of his / her work.

Individual members of the government team think that the implementation of this resolution is not welcomed by civil servants.

Opposition members see other motives in the government"s resolution. They think that the government is trying to justify the rules of issuing bonuses.

Decree prepared by the Government on the granting class to a civil servant will enter into force from July 1.
