The seatch in the house of , Nona Tsotsoria"s brother in Batumi lasted for 4 hours. The expert-criminalists left the place without any comment. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the search was conducted on the basis of operative information, in the presence of a lawyer.

According to the agency, the pistol and cartridges of different caliber were seized, which will be examined. Investigation has begun under the article of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms. Brother of Nona Tsotsoria who is a judge of the European Court of Human Rights was not detained by the police, neither was he questioned.

According to Otar Tsotsoria, out of seized objects only two hunting rifles belong to him. He did not know anything about how other objects turned out to be his house. He connects the incident to his sister`s activity and assesses it as a revenge.

"Everything is done against my sister, it"s probably a revenge. My sister used to be a deputy of Adeishvili and that"s probably why,"- said Otar Tsotsoria.
