Evacuation has been announced at the Manchester Trading Center ARNDALE. The law enforcers have not not specify the threat . However, part of the witnesses heard a sound of the shooting .
There were unconfirmed reports the arrest came after a suspicious package was found in the Arndale center’s food court.
