Member of the political council of European Georgia- Movement for Freedom links the abduction of Azerbaijani journalist to the personal interests of Ucha Mamtsashvili,a cousin of the former Prime Minister Ivanishvili.

Givi Targamadze says that an Azerbaijani businessman, who has problems with international law is a business partner of Ucha Mamtsashvili. According to Givi Targamadze, transfer of Mukhtarli to Azerbaijan was in their best interests.
He said the Prime Minister was aware of this operation.
