Prosecutor`s office has launched an investigation into thefact of alleged abuse of power by law enforcement authorities during the arrest.

The chief prosecutor`s statement says:

According to the information of the investigative agency , based on the recommendation submitted by the public defender`s offices regarding the alleged ill-treatment of the detainee, the prosecutor`s office has launched under Article 333, Part III "b of the Criminal Code ".
