Special Operation in Aghmashenebeli Alley - Law enforcers detained four persons

Law enforcers detained four persons in Aghmashenebeli alley and Tserovani. This information was confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to Rustavi 2.

According to the agency, law enforcers have taken citizens as a result of special operation. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the criminals were arrested by the Central Criminal Police on the basis of a judge`s ruling.

According to the employees of the petrol station, the special operation started at 19:00. They say that the law enforcers stopped several cars, after which a person was detained in the Aghmashenebeli alley.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not speak about details and the detainees are still unknown.

Investigation is in progress under Articles 143 and 181 of the Criminal Code for extortion and illegal deprivation of liberty.
