Case of Lasha Shatirishvili"s detention - NGOs have complaints regarding investigation

The investigation on violation of law by law enforcers on detention of Lasha Shatirishvili in 2013 has renewed due to demand of " Human Rights Center."

The Prosecutor"s Office has ordered investigation to the same investigator, who carried out the process incompletely and subjectively and closed the case in 2013.

The Human Rights Center demands to create an independent investigative body and change the investigator.
