The Parliamentary Secretary of the President of Georgia, Anna Dolidze delivered a speech at the plenary session of the Venice Commission and addressed the participants of the meeting. She informed the audience about the President`s position on the constitutional amendments.

"Bonus is unacceptable for many reasons. Because he is an unfair supplement, it gives an award to the winning party , because it gives the wrong signal to the population that if you win you can rule the country single- handed , "- said Anna Dolidze.

Dolidze talked about the new record made by the Venice Commission today, where the Commission called on the government to reach the extensive consensus.

"The Venice Commission has a new record in its conclusion today, calling on everyone to consensus and what is the most important is that the constitution is a document that should be based on a broader consensus,as the President has been saying, as you know," - said Anna Dolidze.
