Zurab Kutelia, accused of attacking the actor and police colonel Davit Rostomashvili, will appeal the preventive measures against him in the Court of Appeal today. According to his lawyer, Aleksandre Kobaidze, Kutelia is kept in pretrial detention without any grounds . According to the defense, the law enforcers detained the innocent Kuteliani after Rostomashvili was beaten and Beka Kirvalidze managed to escape from pre-trial detention facility.
