Meeting of Georgian and Russian MPs in Moscow - besides occupation line parties will talk about everything

Georgian and Russian MPs will meet each other at the Russian State Duma on July 11 at 15:00. Members of the Alliance of Patriots of Georgia, Ada Marshania, Nato Chkheidze and Giorgi Lomia are already in Moscow.

Tomorrow they will hold negotiations with Russia`s "Communist" party and Vladimir Putin"s "United Russia". The meeting will be held in the Committee on Issues of Dispute Resolution.

Irma Inashvili, leader of the Alliance of Patriots, says that direct dialogue with the Kremlin is necessary.

Georgian MPs` visit to Moscow was scheduled at the initiative of one of the leaders of the Communist Party, Leonid Kalashnikov. Kalashnikov states that the main criterion for electing "Alliance of Patriots" for the talks was the party`s attitude towards Russia. The Russian MP notes that, besides the occupation line, they will talk about all issues. Kalashnikov is expecting that tomorrow members of the Alliance of Patriots will invite him to have an official visit to Georgia and he is ready to arrive in Tbilisi to negotiate.

"Georgian Dream" declares that members of the "Alliance of Patriots" did not agree this visit to Russia with the ruling party.

The minority states that the position of the government and the Alliance of patriots regarding the relations with Russia is identical.

As for the chairman of the "Democratic Movement - United Georgia" Nino Burjanadze, she thinks that the ruling team should move in the same direct dialogue regime.
