Exclusive Interview of the President of Georgia- Giorgi Margvelashvili spoke in detail about his initiative expressed at the meeting with Mike Pence regarding the appointment of Special Representative of the US President to Georgia.The President said that the message of the Vice President of the US was very clear and hence needed some action from Georgia.

" From non-recognition policy Vice-president moved to the political position of restoring territorial integrity and said that Georgia`s territorial integrity will be restored, which is very important for all the citizens of Georgia,"- said Margvelashvili.

The President also spoke about the US Vice President`s message on Georgia`s membership in NATO. According to his assessment, it was very clear that Pence stated very clearly that Georgia would become NATO member. According to Margvelashvili the decision of Bucharest summit of 2008 is signed and enhanced by the Vice President of the US, the strongest country in the world and, therefore, it is the position of the US president.
