Population left without documents because of occupation regime and government which denies occupation

The occupation regime left part of the population of the village of Artsevi without documents. Citizens who had Georgian passports were deprived of their identity documents and promised to be given the Ossetian passports instead. Citizens left outside the barbed wire fences protested in Tskhinvali, in fron of the government building of the occupational regime and demanded to issue the documents. They have not been able to reach Tbilisi controlled territory for five years and demand Tskhinvali to solve the problem.

Residents of the village of Kveshi are rarely approaching the border, saying that their family members and relatives who are in the village of Artsevi may see them from a distance each year only in case if the Russian military allow the to visit the cemetery.

Meanwhile, in the capital the statements are made that there is no creeping occupation - the Minister of Health said after the government meeting that the process was called "determination of the boundaries " and imposed the responsibility again on the previous Georgian government.

While the government denies the existence of creeping occupation, more and more anti-fire trenches are dug in Georgia.
