Nodar Kharshiladze, the founder of the Center for Strategic Analysis of Georgia assesses the statement made by the Georgian Health Minister ,on the absence of creeping occupation.

According to Kharshiladze , non-recognition of the creeping occupation is not the right decision.

"The occupation is creeping because as we see, they move the border every three month. It would not be right decision not to acknowledge it and to say that it is our fault,"- said Nodar Kharshiladze.
