August war - people living in hotspots recall stories that happened 9 years

After the August 2008 war, more than 100 thousand Georgians became internally displaced, tens of  of Georgian villages were left outside the occupation line. At that time, tthey experienced the Russian military aggression on their own doorsteps, and nine years later they have to deal with terror and occupation every day.

Residents of those villages, which were one of the hottest spots nine years ago, tell stories of the war period. They recall the chronology of several days of war in August 2008. The locals talk about those heavy minutes and losses that the August 2008 war brought to their families.
