"The principle issue, on which everyone agrees except for the majority, is the negative assessment of the amendments of electoral system by the opposition, parliamentary and non-parliamentary, non-governmental, president, ombudsman, most importantly by the Venice Commission itself. , "- says Giorgi Kldiashvili.

Giorgi Kldiashvili also notes that existing parliamentary system hampers development of democracy.
