Zaliko Udumashvili, candidate for Tbilisi Mayor of Tbilisi, visited Giorgi Khutsishvili, 29, a resident of Didi Dighomi with a serious form of Down  syndrome.

A year ago, the family was deprived of social assistance. The reason was the fact that parquet floor paved many years ago. Giorgi  lives with his mother, Manana Khutsishvili, who is unemployed.

"We are now in a family that has been literally  punished by the authorities. These people do not have any income, they have a son who needs  constant guardianship and they can not just leave this guy alone for a moment and they have been left without  the social assistance  only because there is parquet floor in two room. This is the approach of toda`"s government towards the poor people, "- said Zaal Udumashvili.
