The lawyer of the third president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili, Beka Basilaia, says that the ruling team got in fact in a diplomatic scandal. He talks about the audio recording released on the Ukrainian web site, in which allegedly the Minister of Internal Affairs, Giorgi Mgebrishvili is participating . According to him, the conversation clearly shows that the Georgian side was listening to the Polish MP.

Beka Basilaia addressed the Prosecutor`s Office yesterday with a request to start investigations.
