Shakhmir Ismailov, the main witness in the case of physical and sexual abuse, , who lives in a few meters from the scene, says that at 7:00 am when he returned home, he noticed a crowd and actually witnessed violence. According to him, about 200 local people were watching the developments and none of them called police, or tried to stop aggressors.
" Here were people from the village. Everyone was watching. None of them called police,"- said Shakhmir Ismailov.

The incident took place yesterday in Kvemo Kartli . A 42-year-old man is a victim of physical and sexual abuse. About 15 people beat him and then raped.
