Paata Davitaia, the leader of the European Democrats believes that fires in Georgia may be caused by a sabotage.
"The background of the fires and the situation that is in Georgia today leads to a reasonable suspicion that we are dealing with the act of sabotage ."- he said.

Paata Davitaia has presented specific evidence which further increases doubts, namely, the leader of the "European Democrats" recalled the statement released by the Tskhinvali Security Press Service on August 3, which says that there will be a lot of fires in Georgia soon.

Paata Davitaia addresses the Chief Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia with a request to launch an investigation on Murat Jioyev"s interview.

"How did the separatist authorities know that there would be fires if we do not deal with diversion? "-said Paata Davitaia.
