Levan Dzagnidze, the former deputy head of the architecture service, who was detained by law enforcers yesterday, has been charged recently.

According to the statement of the lawyer Kakha Kvashilava, Levan Dzagnidze was charged with fraud. The lawyer refrains from talking about details, but says he does not recognize his guilt.

"We do not know the details of the criminal case specifically at this stage. I do not agree with the allegations made against my client, "- said Kakha Kvashilava.
