The general discussion of constitutional amendments continues in the Parliament. Irakli Kobakhidze will introduce the draft amendments planned in the newly adopted constitution to the representatives of the constitutional bodies today.

The package of amendments, along with other changes, envisages abolishment of the so-called Bonus system and allowing election blocs in the next parliamentary elections.
