State Audit Office will study activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The MIA has released a statement saying that the inspection is carried out by the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"The State Audit Office will carry out full audit examination in the agency, in particular: at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Legal Entity of Public Law- Security Police Department, Legal Entity of Public Law 112 and Legal Entity of Public Law- Service Agency," reads the statement of the MIA.
