Vano Merabishvili recuses lawyers

Vano Merabishvili"s attorneys will be eliminated from all the processes in common courts. Attorneys say that after the yesterday"s decision of the Grand Chamber of the Strasbourg Court. According to them, the former Interior Minister is a political prisoner and they do not plan to participate in the masquerade of Georgian justice.

Merabishvili has recused he lawyers. Allegedly a treasury lawyer will defend him.

The Grand Chamber of the Strasbourg Court left the decision of the Judge Section in regard to Vano Merabishvili"s case in the force. European judges confirm that Article 18 of the European Convention against Vano Merabishvili was violated.
