Mikheil Saakashvili, who is is officially wanted has spent the whole day in front of the building of Rada today. The photo of the leader of "New Forces Movement" has been posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the category of persons who are hiding from the law enforcement officers.
The official website of the ministry reports that Mikheil Saakashvili disappeared on December 5, 2017 in Kiev. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia publishes the hot line number, where citizens should call in case they see Mikheil Saakashvili, wanted for Article 256 second paragraph of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sought-after Saakashvili is now in front of the building, where the prosecutor general of Ukraine came to , passed by the former governor of Odessa and entered Rada from the other entrance .
Yuri Lutsenko said in his speech in Rada that he is disappointed because the security service did not arrest Saakashvili despite several attempts. Lutsenko once again promised MPs to arrest Saakashvili. The General Prosecutor urged the former governor of Odessa to surrender himself to law enforcement officers.
The third president of Georgia, in response to the ultimatum of the prosecutor"s office, says that it is not going to surrender and is waiting for investigators at the Rada building. His family members are with Saakashvili. Sandra Roelofs addressed the supporters gathered at the rally.
Saakashvili"s supporters suppose that the Special Forces will try to detain Georgia"s ex-president once again, but this time they will use more force.
