Unrest in Batumi - Merab Ghoghoberi"s lawyer will address the court with final speech

The lawyer of Merab Ghoghoberidze, who was detained for organizing mass disorder in Batum on March 11-12, will address the court with a final speech.

According to the defendant"s lawyer, the accusation has no evidence in the case.

The defense side is waiting for a judge"s verdict.

Merab Ghoghoberidze and Irakli Chkhvirkia have been kept in preliminary detention for 8 months. The court must announce the decision on the first of January.

At yesterday`s hearing , Irakli Chkhikvia said the final speech.

Merab Ghoghoberidze and Irakli Chkhvikia are accused of organizing mass disorder in Batumi.
