The court will discuss the case of persons detained in Pankisi and Tbilisi two weeks ago. The law provides for reviewing the preventive measure before the pre-trial session.

The detainees , including Zurab Gornakakashvili are accused of links with terrorists and the court has sentenced them to pre-trial imprisonment.

"The date of the pretrial session has been postponed and in this connection the court hearing should be held. The court is obliged to consider reventive measures. Other issues will not be discussed. Of course, I can not tell you what will happen in the future, "- said Irakli Benia, lawyer for Zurab Gornakashvili.

Attorneys say there are no evidence in the case which will confirm any connection with the criminal group of the accused.
