Mikheil Saakashvili"s trial will be resumed today at the Kiev Appeal Court.

The Prosecutor"s Office appealed the decision of the first instance court, according to which Mikheil Saakashvili was acquited by judge Larisa Tsokol and was freed from the courtroom.

The Prosecution requests home arrest for the third president of Georgia.

The session will be held today at the Court of Appeal regarding this case. The session will be conducted by the panel of Judges. We expect Rada deputies at the trial. The defense side is ready for the session and we hope to win, "-
Mikheil Saakashvili"s lawyer Pavel Bogomazov said.
