Former employees of the Ministry of Justice will file a lawsuit against ministry in Prosecutor"s Office

Those who have been released from the Ministry of Justice and later restored by the Court but have not yet been recruited to the office have asked Prosecutor"s Office to conduct investigation.

Ana Subeliani and Tamaz Akhobadze will address the Chief Prosecutor with an official statement today.

After passing all the judicial instances, the Court obliged the Ministry of Justice in September to recruit two employees dismissed from the job and pay compensation for about 4 years, although the Crime Prevention Center refuses to fulfill the obligation.

"Non- enforcement of the court decision in general is a crime and we want the prosecutor"s office to start investigation on this case," lawyer Shorena Loladze said.
