Minister of Justice is not going to dismiss the chairman of the Public Registry because of scandalous case of sexual harassment. The Minister said that she had awkward questions to the Chairman of the Registry, though, however, Tea Tsulukiani does not plans to release Papuna Ugrekhelidze or to suspend his official authority before the trial ends.

Tea Tsulukiani got interested in the fact of the sexual harassment only after the report in the Courier .

The Minister of Justice asserts that she is not aware of the Public Defender"s report and is going to hear the arguments of the parties only now. "Courier" has found out that the minister is misleading the journalists, as several months ago, the victim of sexual harassment sent her an e-mail together with the report of the Ucha Nanuashvili"s report.

The part of the opposition is convinced that behind this scandalous case is close relations of the Minister with the Ugrekhelidze"s family of justice, and for this reason Tsulukiani is covering up Ugulkhelidze f. Opposition demanded Papuna Ugrekhelidze"s resignation and requested legal reaction to the incident. The third sector is also demanding his resignation.
