"Today we recall our heroes who died in the fight for independence, this is a very important day for us," the statement was made by iRakli Kobakhidze, the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia . Irakli Kobakhidze paid tribute to the memory of those who died on April 9, 1989.

According to the Chairman of the Parliament, April 9 reminds the society about the price of independence.
