Discussion on improvement of pardon standards - president starts consultations

The President of Georgia will meet with the Minister of Penitentiary and Pardon Commission tomorrow. The main topic of the discussion is the decision made by Giorgi Margvelashvili, according to which the pardoning act will temporary not be issued for violent crimes. The initiative is related to the murder in Barnov Street. The meeting will also discuss the initiative to expand the composition of the Pardon Commission.
