The first meeting of Abashidze-Karasin after Archil Tatunashvili"s murder and signing the Customs Monitoring Agreement.

Negotiations between diplomats began in Prague. According to Zurab Abashidze, the Georgian side will begin negotiations with the issue of Tatunashvili, however, no less important is the Customs Monitoring Agreement, as many details remain unknown.

It is unclear whether the Georgian side will have a real leverage to control the cargo on the occupied territories. It is not clear whether this agreement means that the occupied territories will be used for transit purposes as well.
