The capital of Georgia is filled with the energy of our people"s joint life. Our roots are strongly linked to each other - this statement was made by the Armenian Prime Minister.

The Prime Ministers of Georgia and Armenia are attending the 100th anniversary of the announcement of the independence of the Republic of Armenia in Tbilisi Sakrebulo, after which Giorgi Kvirikashvili will host Nikol Pashinyan accompanied by the delegation at the official dinner.

"We simultaneously declared independence and established the first republic. We celebrated this date a few days ago in Georgia and the Armenian President was with us. For us, of course, the stability and development of Armenia is very important, so we carefully observe the recent developments there. The Armenian people demonstrated their commitment to unity and democratic principles, which resulted in a peaceful change of power. I"d like to take a chance and wish you success. I am convinced that we will be able to deepen bilateral relations between the peoples who have centuries-old friendship," said the Prime Minister of Georgia.
