The transitional government, which will only work for three week- Parliament will have to declare trust in temporary composition of the Cabinet of Ministers. The candidate for the Prime Minister has already addressed the Parliament with the request of formation of a transitional, three-week government. Mamuka Bakhtadze introduced the old program of his predecessor Giorgi Kvirikashvili to the MPs and presented old faces of the Cabinet of Ministers. The ruling party needs three weeks for legislative amendments. After that, three of the 14 ministries will be annulled and the new faces will be submitted to the Parliament for new positions.

As for the restructuring of the ministries,according to the "Courieri" information, the penitentiary ministry will be annulled and its functions will be underaken by the Ministry of Justice. The functions of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons will be distributed between two agencies- the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Infrastructure. Ministry of Culture and Sport will be abolished and will be merged with the Ministry of Education.
