" Tatunashvili was not murdered, he died," - this statement was made by Egor Kochyev, a representative of the de-facto president of the Tskhinvali occupation regime after the meeting ended in Ergneti.

The meeting in the framework of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism lasted for six hours. Ten issues were discussed, but the main issue was a demand to handle parts of Archil Tatunashvili"s body, who was tortured and murdered in the Tskhinvali prison.

According to Kochiev, even the expertise conducted in Georgia does not prove that Tatunashvili was killed.

"Tatunashvili died and none of the expertise- neither Georgian not Ossetian has confirmed fact of torture. As for The Otkhozoria-Tatunashvili list - we do not understand the motivation. I want to tell you that we have our lives as well, which reflects crimes committed by Georgia, "Kochyev said.
