100 GEL fine - Court fines Beka Tsikarishvili for minor hooliganism

The City Court fines Beka Tsikarishvili, the member of "White Noise Movement" with 100 GEL. The case concerns the charge for minor hooliganism.

The court sued Beka Tsikarishvili in the part of disobedience to the police.

Tbilisi City Court discussed an administrative dispute on Beka Tsikarishvili"s detention on May 12th.

Tsikarishvili was charged under Articles 166 and 173 of the Code of Administrative Law.
