"All the violations that preceded the tragedy in Khorava Street belong to the systemic and growing problem in the schools of Georgia," Sergo Ratiani said. The member of the "European Georgia" speaks about the responsibility of the school in the murder of juveniles and states that while there were the preconditions of confrontation between the teenagers,.the school administration had to pay attention to the matter. At today"s session the members of the commission presented the video footage, where there are more than 35 pupils gathered near the school building.

"The second serious problem is carrying of the hazardous stuff, such as knifes and other weapons, against which neither school nor the MIA"s actions are effective and adequate. On December 1, 2017, the school administration knowing disagreements that took place at , had to stop the process when 35 pupils are gathering to sort out the problem, "Sergo Ratiani said.

Security problems existing in educational institutions were one of the main issues at the session of the temporary investigative commission. According to Khatuna Gogorishvili, in the course of the work of the Commission, there was an impression that somebody did not fulfill his obligations, which resulted in the tragedy.
