Juvenile murder case- Parliamentary majority will not support conclusion of Investigative Commission

The conclusion of the Investigative Commission on the murder of teenagers on Khorava Street became the reason for the split between the parliamentary majority and the minority. The document prepared by the parliamentary minority is destined for failure during voting.

"Georgian Dream" argues that the document prepared by Sergi Kapanadze"s commission is politically biased and has no legal basis.

"They had to create a completely political document that had no legal basis. They tried to convince the public many times that they could make political conclusions without legal basis and it was not the conclusion of the Investigative Commission, "- said Mamuka Mdinaradze, one of the leaders of the parliamentary majority.

According to the statement of the opposition, a several- month-long work has revealed that the ruling team covered up the concrete persons involved in the case.

The parliamentary minority thinks that the issue of criminal responsibility of the former Chief Prosecutor should be raised.
