According to the official website of the Russian Orthodox Church, Vladimir Legoida, chairman of the Synodial Division of Relations with the Society of Mass Media and Mass Media, said.

"The Patriarch of Constantinople appointed its representative-bishops in Ukraine, without agreement with Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia and Kiev and with Ukraine"s Metropolitan. this is nothing more than an unprecedented rude invasion in the canonical territory of the Moscow Patriarchate, such actions can not be answered," - said Legoida.

On September 7th, the World Patriarch in his preparations for granting autocephaly for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church appointed Archbishop Daniel Pampfiliev, from the US and Bishop Hilarion Edmont from Canada to Ukraine.
