Cannabis control agency will be created in Georgia
The law on cannabis control is already in the parliament.
According to the draft law, the agency will be created in the MIA, but will be accountable to the parliament and will have annual reports.

According to the legislative amendments, not only the seeding and cultivation of the cannabis will be licensed in Georgia, but its recycling and the production of various products, including for medical purposes.

However, according to the draft law, such products will not be sold in Georgia and will only be exported.
