Salome Zurabishvili, the independent Presidential candidate makes one more comment regarding the statements made on Russia-Georgia war. Salome Zurabichvili criticizes the opponents and says that her statement is incorrectly interpreted.

According to Salome Zurabishvili, Russia is an aggressor and invaded into Georgia in 2008.

"Who started the Georgian-Russian war, obviously Russia. And why? Russia invaded Georgia on its internationally recognized territory with tanks and military aeroplanes, not vice versa. Georgia has never invaded into Russia. This is elementary. Neither I and nor any Georgian will allow anybody to say, that Georgia started the war. Whose interest is to spread completely wrong view on this issue within and outside the country? "Zurabichvili said.

Salome Zurabichvili says that Mikheil Saakashvili and the government were instigated by Russia.
"When I say that the government of Georgia was provoked by Russia, I"m not saying that Georgia is guilty, I do not say that Georgia has started a war, I"m not saying Russia is not an aggressor and an occupant," Salome Zourabichvili said.

According to Zurabichvili, Russia is an aggressor and occupant. According to the presidential candidate, she has reiterated it several times.
