One of the shareholders of "Tbilisi Tobacco" responds to recording on the distribution of the shares of Omega Group, the main financing company of the TV company "Iberia" and distribution of tobacco business.

Irakli Chubinishvili provided the official statement to "Rustavi 2". He called a scandalous record of "Courier", where he referred to the distribution of tobacco business as "Audio fabrication". In the statement Chubinishvili confirms that there were talks on the merger of "Omega Group" and "Tbilisi Tobacco" , but none of those high-profile political figures were involved in the negotiations.
