Representatives of the United Opposition are holding a meeting with the Deputy Public Defender on the issue of release of Vano Merabishvili from prison.

Leaders of opposition provide information about Merabishvili"s health.

According to Mamuka Gamkrelidze, the founder of the Georgian organization "Georgia Between Leaders", Merabishvili is not getting a relevant treatment and  his condition is getting worse.
Zurab Kharatishvili, the chairperson of the political union "Civil Alliance for Freedom", says that Merabishvili is in the cell without windows for 6 years, which equals to torture.
