A survey, conducted by the international organization Edison Research includes the assessment of presidential candidate Salome Zurabichvili"s statements regarding the August 2008 war.

When asked whether they agree with Salome Zurabichvili"s statement ithat Georgia started the war, 40% of the respondents fully disagree with the position of the presidential candidate.

The results were distributed as follows:

Do not agree 31%

I do not agree or disagree - 7%

I agree with 8%

Fully agree 4%
